Oil Particle Counter FM-OPC-A100 is adopted with counting principle of the photoresist (shading) method and high-pressure syringe pump sampling method, is designed as per ISO11171-1999 standard configurations. With positive and negative pressure combined sample injection system and 16 detection channels, features 0.8 to 600 µm of particle size range with 0.2 to 1000 ml sampling volume and 12000 to 40000 particles/ml of maximum particle concentration. Designed with high-precision laser sensor, built-in multiple calibration curves, single-channel and multi-channel calibration, offers full-function automatic operation through touch screen display. Semi-conductor laser as light source, built-in data analysis system, built-in air purification system with pressure sensor, and mass data storage, it supports RS232 interface and U-disk storage.
