Powder characteristic machine FM-PCM-A101 is a stand-alone multi-functional unit for comprehensive measurement of physical properties of the free flowing or static powder. It measures flowability, tap and bulk density, angle of repose, collapse, difference, compressibility and other characteristics of a powder sample. With good repeatability rate and guaranteed accuracy of each test, it finds application in packaging, production, quality testing and research analysis across Food & Drug, Chemicals & Dyes, Pharmaceutical, and Life science industries.

Hall Flow Meter	Measures fluidity of metal powders which can flow through funnel with pore size of 2.5 mm
Void ratio	Based on particle shape, structure, and diameter of the particle present in powder void ratio is calculated. Spherical particles: 40% void ratio. Ultrafine or Irregular particles: 70-80% or higher
Agglutination degree	Amount of mutual cohesion shown by the particles present on surface of powder. Dry powder: small degree of agglutination
Uniformity	In a failed attempt to measure agglutination of powder the test of uniformity confirms the amount of cohesive force of the powder
Liquidity index	Is sum total of angle of repose, plate angle, compression, uniformity, and agglutination
Jet index	Measures difficulty of dust generation and difficulty of liquefaction of powders
